Jammin’ 4 Justice: June

Party with a purpose! We’re taking things virtual during the year of Covid-19. Join us from your place for the same great music and raffles we’ve always had. Bring your own beverages, snacks, and dance moves!!

This June 12 virtual concert features music by Nick Gusman (Nick Gusman and the Coyotes), Kip Loui (Diesel Island), and JJ Loui (The High Dives)!

All proceeds benefit MCU’s work to:
*Break the Pipeline: addressing the issues of the school to prison pipeline like school discipline, policing in schools and the juvenile court system.
*EXPO-MO: Ex-incarcerated People Organizing: Formerly incarcerated people working to change a system with the goal of full community participation
*Sacred Votes: No matter your belief system, voting shapes our community. MCU wants to see communities shaped and controlled by the people who live there. We’re working toward fair democratic practices, voter protection, Medicaid Expansion and Unlock the Vote, a burgeoning nationwide effort to more full include formerly-incarcerated people in the voting process.
